Spaghetti Vongole
typical mediteranean dish (recipt)
1 kg shellfish (clams)
3 toes garlic
1 bunch of parsley
2 tomatoes
250g noodles (thin spaghetti)
1/4 liter of wine, white
Salt
Pepper
Oil (olive oil)
Wash the clams well, throw open. In a deep frying pan generously olive oil, add the mussels. Cover it and wait about 8-10 minutes. Often times stir.
